Dear Howard (hope I got the name right), I have just taken a quick look at the DVD and the memory stick transfers of the BBC programmes I made many moons ago. I’m very pleased I took your advice and had the digital copies made as well as the DVDs - as you say the quality is better. I’m amazed you managed to get so much onto one stick! But the DVDs are OK considering it was shot on film. So thanks very much for a speedy - and I have to say very reasonably priced - job. Much appreciated - I have more that will need doing but I’ll wait and see what I’ve got here first. We’re moving house and so I’ll be pleased to recycle these bulky cassettes, Once again many thanks.

Hi Howard Thank you so much for dealing with the video so quickly. I went away for Christmas, to my daughter’s, in Ickenham, on the 22nd just after posting the video on 21st. When I reached home on 27th, there it was on the mat. Yes I know it was an amateur video and, yes, it was a rubbish concert!-----BUT, my husband and I were both playing in it, as we had both taught at that school at different times, and my husband died 15 months ago, so it is an irreplaceable piece of footage, from March 1995, to pass down to my son and daughter. I hadn’t known it existed until last week, and my friend had passed it to me to send to you, as he was also playing on it and wanted his wife and family to have it. You converted a 16mm cine to DVD, which I collected yesterday. It was from my cousin's 1955 wedding in Glasgow, showing the guests leaving the shul. She is absolutely delighted. I would just like to thank you for the excellent service. Good quality at a reasonable price. I will certainly recommend you. I have other films in the loft and, when I get them sorted out, I expect to ask you for more conversions like this.

Hello there Well.............I cried!!! (even though hubby cant understand why!!!) but I cannot begin to thank you for the dvd of the betamax tape!! We have just watched and even though the quality isnt good....(the tape is about 27 years old!!! and I copied it from a betamax tape to another betamax tape in a very prehistoric way!!!) I am absolutely over the moon and cannot wait for our daughter to put it on Christmas day to see her reaction!! Our son also who was in the play and was about 5 years old!! Our daughter had a solo part and It brought tears to my eyes tonight watching that again!! Thankyou so so very much!! The tape arrived this morning and I sat down and watched all 3 hours (I never remembered it being that long) of it straight away.
